1. We Servvance, a global Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) service provider.

Client,” “you,” or “your” refers to the individual or entity engaging with Servvance’s services.

“Services” encompass all BPO offerings provided by Servvance, including but not limited to customer support, data entry, technical assistance, and back-office operations.

2. Eligibility
By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or the entity you represent.

3. Scope of Services
Servvance offers a range of BPO services tailored to meet diverse business needs. The specific services provided will be outlined in a separate Service Level Agreement (SLA) between Servvance and the Client.

4. User Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information as required.

Use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Maintain the confidentiality of any login credentials or sensitive data related to our services.

Not engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our services.

5. Payment Terms
Fees: All fees for services will be specified in the SLA. Payments are due as per the agreed schedule.

Currency: Transactions are processed in USD ($). Clients are responsible for any currency conversion fees if paying in another currency.

Late Payments: Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in the SLA.

6. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and materials used in connection with our services are the intellectual property of Servvance or our licensors. Clients may not use, copy, or distribute any part of our content without prior written consent.

7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the agreement.

8. Data Protection and Privacy
Servvance is committed to protecting client data. We adhere to global data protection regulations, including GDPR and relevant U.S. data privacy laws. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Servvance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of our services.

10. Indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Servvance, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from their use of our services or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with prior written notice as specified in the SLA. Upon termination, clients are responsible for any outstanding payments for services rendered.

12. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of (UK).

13. Changes to Terms
Servvance reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
